Enterprise Account Manager - Dubai
Fastly is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join the team to nurture strong commercial and strategic business relationships with our customers across the region.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for owning and driving revenue across your customers.
- Ensure product adoption of existing and new product introductions based on customer priorities and pain points.
- Cross‑sell the Fastly solutions and drive customer usage.
- Partner closely with Sales, Sales Engineering and partners to grow customer revenue.
- Drive renewals to a successful close and generate interest and opportunities across Fastly’s product portfolio.
- Monitor customer relationships and account health, identify executive sponsorship opportunities and bring customers together when needed for workshops, roundtables or speaking engagements.
