What is the Opportunity?
Join SEAS (Shared Enterprise Application Services) team as an Enterprise Applications Engineer, to manage, support, and optimize our enterprise file transmission and B2B integration platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Seeburger Business Integration Suite (BIS), managed file transfer (MFT), and EDI/B2B communications to ensure reliable, secure data exchange between internal systems and external trading partners.
What Will You Do?
Platform Management & Support: Maintain 99.9%+ uptime of the Seeburger BIS platform (MFT, EDI, API Gateway) through daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and SLA-driven issue resolution.
Trading Partner Management: Onboard and maintain external partners by configuring protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S), managing certificates, and resolving transmission issues.
