Establish and operationalize the Enterprise Architecture (EA) function for our client under CIO leadership.
Define the EA vision, governance model, operating framework, and engagement model across Business, Data, Applications, and Infrastructure.
Partner closely with (CIO) and to align EA strategy with business transformation priorities, cloud roadmap, and modernization initiatives.
Create clear architecture domains (Business, Platform/Foundation, Data, Integration, Agentic/AI) with defined ownership and accountability.
Assess current Azure and hybrid landscape; define target-state architecture and phased transformation roadmap.
Design and implement a scalable Self-Service Platform (SSP) model tailored to Mazda workloads, ensuring reuse, standardization, and cost efficiency.
