Enterprise Data Governance & Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and drive data governance program to help Keppelites manage data securely, responsibly & easily while ensuring adherence to data-related policies & regulations
• Responsible for defining data policies and standards, managing stakeholder communication and progress reporting to leadership and executives
• Drive transformation & culture change through understanding user behaviors and designing clear procedures to facilitate adoption
• Manage and coordinate all key issues and escalations around data governance
• Work closely with IT & Data BP's s to build their engagement and stewardship of data assets
• Drive Data Governance and Management on an on-going basis through the Data Governance Council
• Collaborate with our Cybersecurity and technology operations teams to implement data governance standards and best practices
