Job Description
1. Customer Engagement & Consultative Selling
Engage customers to understand business objectives and technical requirements.
Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and technical assessments.
Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, IT Directors, and Network Managers.
2. Solution Design & Architecture
Design end-to-end connectivity solutions.
Develop HLD/LLD, technical proposals, solution diagrams, and BOMs.
Ensure technical, commercial, and operational feasibility.
3. Sales Support & Bid Management
Support Account Managers throughout the sales lifecycle.
