                Job Description Job Description BioView is seeking a highly professional customer focused Field Service Engineer to join our Support & Training team. The successful candidate will live in the Boston, MA area and serve as a support and training engineer for our clients in the Americas. He/She will provide our new and existing customers comprehensive training of the BioView imaging products line. He/She will be responsible for providing prompt support to our users, while achieving the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. He/She will maintain a high level of technical expertise in all aspects of the BioView products, including the biological, computerized and optical features of our products.
