Environment Manager

Job Responsibilities : 1. Environmental Compliance & Regulatory Management Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations, permits, and codes Liaise with authorities (e.g., NEA, PUB) for approvals and inspections Prepare and submit environmental reports and documentation 2. Environmental Management System (EMS) Develop and implement EMS (often based on ISO 14001) Conduct internal audits and ensure continuous improvement 3. Site Environmental Control Monitor issues such as noise, air quality, dust, vibration, waste management, and water pollution Implement mitigation measures (e.g., silt traps, wheel washing, noise barriers) 4. Sustainability & Green Initiatives Drive sustainable construction practices (energy efficiency, waste reduction, recycling) Support green certification schemes such as BCA Green Mark 5.
