JOB SUMMARY:

The Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Daiichi Properties' Environmental, Social, and Governance strategy across its property portfolio. This role ensures compliance with international ESG standards, drives performance improvements in building operations, and supports certification efforts such as LEED O+M, EDGE, WELL, NET ZERO and GRESB.
