The Opportunity
As the Environmental Technician, you will responsibility for all routine and non-routine environmental sampling specifically environmental swabbing and trace back swabbing in all areas assigned in the Environmental Management Programme (EMP).
What You’ll Do:
Undertake active and passive air sampling, and sampling of water supplies, compressed air, and gases
Complete environmental sampling as per the Environmental Management Programme
Complete Environmental trending on results
Complete customer sampling, when required
Complete daily reporting for the hygiene chart
Complete swabbing within the schedule
Ensure trace back is done until the relevant clearance is obtained for the area concerned
Ensure the swabbing samples reach the laboratory within the required timelines of sampling
