EOI: Pricing Supervisor

Role Purpose

The Pricing Supervisor / Manager leads the Pricing Team within the Pricing, Sales & Solution Enablement function, delivering pricing support for global business pursuits and complex multi-country bids. The role owns the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of pricing deliverables, manages a team of Pricing Analysts and Team Leads across two regional pods, and serves as a senior pricing advisor to commercial and finance stakeholders.

This is a transformation-critical role. The function is currently transitioning from a workbook-based pricing operating model to a new digital platform that is actively being built. The Pricing Supervisor / Manager will play a leading role in bridging current tools, processes, and team structures into the new platform — surfacing pain points and process gaps, ensuring they are addressed in the platform design, and leading the team through parallel-run, adoption, and full cut-over.
