The role of Project Manager focuses on delivering engineering solutions in the Middle East region. The Project Manager is the primary point for all project-related activities, holding overall responsibility for the successful execution of the project and ensuring alignment with contractual, technical, and procedural requirements.
Project Planning and Documentation
- Prepare comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Develop and update project documentation, including Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS), Installation and Test Plan (ITP), intervention preparation report, Factory Acceptance test (FAT) procedure, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) procedure, and project close‑out report.
- Ensure documentation complies with company standards, contractual obligations, and customer‑specific requirements.
