Epileptologist - Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre

Job Summary

We are seeking an adult or pediatric epileptologist to join and expand the regional epilepsy program at Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre. The focus of this role is to provide high‑quality, timely care for patients with complex epilepsy transitioning from BC Children’s Hospital or community‑based services into the adult healthcare system.

This position includes one funded clinic day per week at JPOCSC, with potential for additional clinic time as the program grows and based on the interests of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized epilepsy care for patients transitioning from pediatric to adult services or from the community.
• Develop multidisciplinary programs for complex epilepsy conditions, including tuberous sclerosis complex and epileptic encephalopathies.
