Perform shift duties to provide 1st line technical support to production Perform equipment preventive maintenance competently. Perform level 1 trouble-shooting(e.g. basic equipment recovery) Perform level 2 trouble-shooting (e.g. replacement of critical components) Setup a system to ensure un-interrupted supply of dummy wafers/ chemicals/ coater cups.
