TITLE: EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (VACUUM)  

D SHIFT: FRIDAY THRU SUNDAY AND EVERY OTHER THURSDAY 6:00 PM TO 6:00 AM   

F SHIFT: FRIDAY THRU SUNDAY AND EVERY OTHER THURSDAY 12:00 PM TO 12:00 AM   

FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT  

REPORTS TO: EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR  

SUMMARY:  
Under the direction of the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, the Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible performing routine and preventative maintenance on semiconductor vacuum tool sets (Veeco, AMAT Endura, Canon Anelva), ensuring that tools are performing at optimum levels by adhering to the established maintenance schedule; resolving equipment issues quickly and efficiently; partnering with engineering or other groups to improve tool reliability, minimize downtime, and resolve yield issues; supporting...
