- Operate and troubleshoot machines, parameter, and equipment in accordance to the order of established procedures to attain quality, efficiency, and safety in the production area.
Specific duties and responsibilities :
- Conduct pre-shift turn -over to incoming process technician covering the 4M's performance during the shift.
- Conduct periodic recording of parameter setting at prescribe record book.
- Responsible in finished goods turn-over to the next process.
- Set-up and prepare extrusion and belling machine for operation by setting the standard parameter.
- Loading of RAW materials and adjusting equipment setting based on product specification.
- Operate and monitor the extrusion process closely, making real time adjustments to equipment settings to maintain product quality and output efficiency.
- Assist in training new member on the operation and maintenance of extrusion equipment.
