Role Summary
As a member of the team, the Equipment operator assumes a strategic role in the installation of the project. The Equipment operator has primary day-to-day responsibility of safe operation and daily maintenance of landscape equipment.
Primary Responsibilities

● Safe and efficient operation of landscape equipment including, skid steer, mini excavators, dump truck, tampers, and power tools

● Daily maintenance checks of equipment

● Depending on the type and timing of a project the operator will also assist with labour on site as needed. This can be up to a %60-%40 split.

● Minimizing damage to property and equipment

● Meeting equipment budgets on projects

Profile of Role Requirements
Necessary
· 2+ years’ operating equipment in landscape installation and/ or construction industry

· Valid Driver’s License
