Equipment Performance Specialist – Edmonton Plant 3 location. In this newly created role, you’ll develop and implement our autonomous maintenance (AM) program, train operators to take care of their equipment, and help them build the skills and confidence to do it safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture rooted in safety, quality, and efficiency
• Build trust and teamwork by reinforcing that equipment care is a shared responsibility
• Develop and implement equipment-specific AM programs alongside production and maintenance teams
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), standard work instructions (SWIs) and work instructions
• Train operators on essential autonomous maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting
