Introduction

To ensure listed companies and all other regulated and semi-regulated parties comply with the JSE Listings Requirements (“LR”), to mitigate financial and reputational risk to the JSE as regulator and stock exchange thereby protecting market integrity, reducing regulatory risk, and supporting a fair and transparent capital market environment.
