Our client is a property investment.
Job Description
Handling daily writing of research reports and comments.
Creating analysis of financial statements and press releases.
Examining industry databases and publications.
Completing extraordinary information and data requests.
Creating and maintenance of detailed financial models.
Communicating recommendations to internal and external clients.
Participating in site visits and management meetings.
Handling any other as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance, Investment, accounting, or any related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, including managing multiple priorities concurrently.
Business communication in English, proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. 
A keen interest in Equity Research.
