ER Advisor - Belfast - HybridMCS Group is pleased to be partnering with a well-established NI organisation to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor for their Belfast-based head office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a collaborative and people-focused environment, supporting managers and employees across a large multi-site operation.
