ERP Key User – SF2PP (12‑month contract)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Work Location: Onsite, 25 Wolseley Court, Cambridge.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation and data quality
- Formalize and document test scripts in cooperation with other key users.
- Create tickets for the IT issues, participate in analysis and discussions of possible solutions.
- Provide feedback on the IT solutions delivered (user interface, user experience).
- Participate in IT validation activities (risk assessment, writing and executing test scripts).
- Take part in data migration (data cleansing, preparing data to be migrated, and testing the results of migration operations).
- Support end users
- Write user manuals.
