Estate Caretaker required to work in Leeds with leading Yorkshire based Maintenance & Repairs contractor on their social housing contracts.
We are looking for a team player, you'll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You'll be working in people's homes, so you'll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills. You'll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering good customer service.
The main responsibility of this role is to deliver caretaking duties across the region working as part of a double-up team. You will be expected to carry out duties such as high- and low-level dusting, cleaning, vacuuming as well as some caretaking tasks as required. These include tasks such as communal cleaning, collection of fly tipping, compliance testing of Fire Alarms, AOV, Emergency lighting, descaling, water testing when required covering for absences.
