This position will be based at the Borders General Hospital (Melrose) but there will be a requirement to work flexibly across the Scottish Borders region serving acute and primary health care facilities.

NHS Borders Estates Department is seeking an experienced Estates Officer (Energy) to lead on utilities management and the development and delivery of the Board’s long‑term energy strategies, including Net Zero and decarbonisation plans.

The post holder will work with a high degree of autonomy, liaising with colleagues of all levels and external bodies including NHS Assure and Scottish Government.
