What you will be doing:
Estimating & Costing
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for ICI construction projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop accurate pricing
Develop estimates for labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and general conditions
Bid Management
Manage the full tendering process including subcontractor solicitation, bid leveling, and closing procedures
Review and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure full scope coverage
Cost Analysis & Strategy
Utilize historical data, market trends, and current pricing to improve estimate accuracy
Identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving strategies to enhance bid competitiveness
Collaboration
Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Operations teams on project p...
