Responsibilities
- Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand scope and requirements
- Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for civil works, joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceiling, MEP, and finishes
- Analyze project costs including materials, labour, subcontractor quotations, equipment, and overheads
