ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDEReporting to a Senior Estimator who will be your mentor, coach, and advocate.Your primary role will be to collect and qualify bids from a variety of vendors, making sure all scopes of work are covered; then work with a team to assemble bid packages.Review construction project plans, requirements, drawings, and specifications.Provide pricing for a variety of projects; including conceptual estimates, hard bid, schematic estimates, design development estimates, and estimates for bidding.Complete quantity surveys (take‐offs).<...
