Seeking an Estimator to join our team! The candidate will work on the School Construction Authority Job Order Contract (SCA JOC), reporting to the Program Manager and Executive Leadership Team. The candidate will support the Proposal and Project Teams, by analyzing proposal requirements and developing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and construction estimates for all phases of construction related to school facilities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate degree in engineering, architecture, and/or construction from an accredited college or university. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 5 years in general construction estimating; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Provide a dispute resolution in relation to all aspects of the cost proposal including but not limited to quantity and unit price items.
- Familiarity with E-Gordian/SCA Estimating platform is preferred
