Responsibilities

The EMEA Tax team is building to work with other corporate functions on tax advisory, planning, structuring, and tax controversy. We ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax and solve tax related issues.

Role overview: The EUI Direct Tax Lead would be leading all direct tax matters across Europe & International. Reporting to the EMEA Director of Tax & Treasury and operating within the wider International Tax Team, this role combines strategic influence with operational depth.

This is a strategic leadership position in a fast-moving technology environment. The role combines business partnership, tax governance, and operational excellence.
