Chase Memorial Nursing Home & Rehab is seeking a dependable and hardworking Custodian to join our team!
Job Details:
Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 12:30am included in the on-call rotation 1 week per month
Must have a valid drivers license
Position SummaryThe Custodian is responsible for supporting the overall cleanliness, safety, and operations of the facility. This position assists with resident moves, facility event setup, trash and recycling removal, delivery and storage of incoming items, minor maintenance requests, floor care, and maintaining the safety and appearance of the facility and grounds.
Essential Responsibilities Include:• Completing remedial and scheduled work orders• Maintaining accurate and timely records of labor and completed work• Reporting repeated concerns and equipment issues to management• Assisting with resident room moves and furniture relocation• Setting up and breaking down facility events• Trash, recyc...
