Tareas
Diseño y programación de eventos• Planificar calendario trimestral de:

– desayunos de pitch & coffee

– after-works en la azotea (DJ / sunset talks)

– talleres de oratoria y debate (20-40 pax)

• Fijar objetivos (asistencia, NPS, ingresos) y medirlos.

Operaciones & logística• Reservar salas, rooftop y recursos AV.

• Coordinar montaje, seguridad y permisos ruido/aforo.

• Gestionar proveedores (catering, sonido, iluminación).

Comunidad coworking• Ser la “cara” diaria: tour a visitantes, bienvenida a nuevos miembros, resolución de incidencias.

• Reportar KPI mensuales (CPA, margen, ...
