Event Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Event Operations Manager is responsible for managing the logistics, venue operations, vendor coordination, staffing, and on-site execution of events. This role ensures all operational requirements are met while delivering an excellent experience for clients, attendees, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute event operations from concept through completion.
• Develop detailed event timelines, schedules, and operational plans.
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Manage event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics.
• Supervise event staff, volunteers, and temporary personnel.
• Monitor event budgets and control operational costs. 
• Manage transportation, accommodation, and equipment logistics when required.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
