The Job:
Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided in all events, including exclusive use weddings, conferences through to small private dining experiences and board meetings. Adequately staff all events, maximising resource utilisation and minimising costs where possible. Liaise with other departments to facilitate smooth event planning and execution. Maintain compliance with current licensing, health, safety and food hygiene requirements. Demonstrate excellent standards of service and behaviour to the team. Coordinate event set-up and ensure facilities exceed company standards. Conduct briefings with staff before each function, providing necessary information and support.
