Job Responsibilities
Event Planning & Coordination
Plan, organize and coordinate corporate events including Dinner & Dance (D&D), team building activities, department retreats, festive celebrations and company functions.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
Source and recommend suitable venues based on event requirements, budget and logistics.
Coordinate event schedules, registrations, transport arrangements and on-site event support.
Prepare event timelines, checklists and post-event reports.
Travel & Accommodation Arrangements
Handle booking of air tickets, hotels and transportation for company trips, overseas meetings and department holidays.
Coordinate travel itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements are properly communicated to participants.
Procurement & Sourcing
Source event materials, decorations, gifts and supplies from platforms such as Taobao and other vendors.
