In this role, you will work closely with senior marketing stakeholders and external partners, playing a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing events that make a real business impact.

Support planning and execution of marketing events (conferences, seminars, TechDays, webinars, exhibitions)
Assist with event budgeting and cost tracking for the India region
Coordinate venues and vendors (research, site visits, negotiations, logistics)
Support onsite event execution
Maintain the marketing events calendar and event checklists
Help with postevent reporting and improvements
Manage print and marketing collaterals
Work with Pardot, Salesforce, and event management tools
