Events Coordinator (Temp)
Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a temporary Events Coordinator to join our Singapore office for 6-8 months. In this role, you will report to our APAC Workplace and Events Lead and will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of Singapore events. This includes projects like employee and intern engagement planning, operational office responsibilities, day‑of event management, and event marketing.
The ideal candidate will be a culture champion for our Singapore office with the big‑picture vision to craft memorable experiences, the attention to detail to ensure seamless execution, and the ability to build excitement and anticipation through effective communication. We’re looking for a creative problem solver with a “no task is too small or too big” attitude who will create events that not only reflect our culture of inclusive togetherness, but amplify it.
