We are looking for a passionate Events professional who will be responsible in assisting Event Managers in the execution of events. Assist in the efficient execution of banquet functions in coordination with F&B, Rooms, and other concerned departments. Attends and actively participates in the weekly Events meeting. Participates in the morning event sales briefing daily.

Key Accountabilities
Consolidates and submits the Daily Summary Forecast Reports/ Business Blocks Report to the Department head to understand booking pace and conversion of what is currently on the books (definite, tentative and prospect).

Ensures that Guest Profile on all accounts arc updated and managed in the Opera system.

Assist the events team in the timely implementation of all action plans as set in the business plan.

Assist in the review and control group room block inventory.
