 Job Purpose
 The Exam Invigilator is responsible for ensuring that university examinations are conducted in a fair, secure, and orderly manner. The postholder will supervise students during examinations, uphold examination regulations, and maintain the integrity of the assessment process while providing a professional and supportive environment.
 Key Responsibilities
 Before the Examination
Arrive at the examination venue in sufficient time to prepare the room.
Assist with setting up examination materials, seating plans, and equipment.
Check candidate identification where required.
Ensure examination papers and confidential materials are handled securely.
Brief candidates on examination regulations and procedures.
