Lead AAC-wide procurement of goods and services for all 7 AACsDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost efficiency
Establish and maintain procurement schedules and deadlines
Manage inventory tracking systems across centres
Process invoices for all AACs in a timely manner
Track and monitor expenditures against budgets
Reconcile financial records and prepare monthly reports, as needed
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
