Description
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to senior leaders and ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.
The role includes coordinating calendars, meetings and travel arrangements; producing, editing, proofreading and formatting documents, presentations and correspondence; maintaining accurate records and electronic filing systems; handling internal and external communications; and working closely with other administrative support staff to ensure seamless coordination and delivery.
