¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Perform front of house duties such a welcoming visitors and screening and directing phone calls.
Day-to-day running of the office, liaising with suppliers and service providers accordingly (order,receive, check invoices with actuals, manage cleaning company)
Proactive and extensive diary coordination
Travel management planning and coordination (multiple schedules and time zones),accommodation, transfers, door-to-door itineraries - primarily for one Partner and team members
