Prime Video is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated Executive Assistant to provide support to the Head of Amazon MGM Studios Japan and Head of Prime Video SEA & ANZ.
The individual in this role will be detail oriented, have solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams. You will be an experienced planner, understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to anticipate needs and drive improvements.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to manage ambiguity and complete complex tasks quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture.
