About the Role -
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Trading team, including managing travel arrangements, visa applications, expense reporting and office supplies. Additionally, the position involves providing high-level, confidential secretarial support to the Senior Corporate Executive (SCE) with approximately 20% of responsibilities focused on managing and providing household and personal support matters. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the Heads of Department in the Trading Division with travel bookings on flight and accommodation for their business travels. Support the Heads of Department in the submission of travel expenses and claims through Workday.
