**Overview**

This role contributes to REI’s success by providing executive level administrative support to Stores leaders at the Vice President (VP) and Divisional Vice Presidents (DVP) levels. Serves leaders in various administrative and operational capacities, allowing leaders to remain focused on critical strategic initiatives.

**This is a hybrid role that requires you to live within 150 miles of the Seattle area to be periodically onsite at the Issaquah office, as well as travel to off-site locations (as the business requires).**

+ Acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Drafts and edits business documents, including emails, memos, reports, and presentations that reflect the leader(s) voice and tone.
