MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our food service client to find a first-class Executive Chef to join their team in Williamsburg, ON (in-office). The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead all kitchen operations while delivering high-quality, scratch-made meals and baked goods that drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Some of what you will do in this role includes:

Develop and execute seasonal menus featuring baked goods, hot meals, and take-out offerings

Oversee daily kitchen production including pastries, soups, casseroles, and comfort food items

Lead, schedule, and mentor a small kitchen team to ensure consistency and efficiency

Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs while minimizing waste

Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
