Job Descriptions

Under the general assistance and guidance of the Executive Cook, and within the limitations of established Accor policies, aids in overseeing and directing all elements of hot and cold production. Monitors and participates in the preparation of designated lunch and dinner buffets, special functions, receptions, and dining room service.
