Location: Remote Experience: 5 - 10 years Compensation Range: INR 6 - 12 LPA  Role Overview This position serves as the analytical bridge between: Our India-based IT/data engineering team (who pull raw compensation datasets) U.S.-based stakeholders and end clients Your primary responsibility is data validation, interpretation, reconciliation, and cleansing — not raw extraction. We are looking for someone who deeply understands CEO and NEO compensation structures and can confidently interpret complex proxy disclosures. Core Responsibilities 1.
