IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Manage field and customer operations for the Wapda Town Exchange area, ensuring timely provisioning of services for new FF and Copper customers within defined service KPIs, and prompt rectification of customer faults.
• Oversee rehabilitation of FF/Copper networks to enhance customer experience, achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly FF migration targets, and prepare data for new FF network planning and deployment in service‑affecting areas.
• Handle PSTN, DSL, IPTV, FF, and GPON‑related issues while monitoring and improving GPON CHI within the respective domain.
• Ensure timely mobilization of maintenance teams in case of faults and rectification activities.
