Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and implementation to achieve the organization's goals.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure organizational efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and fundraising efforts.
• Foster a positive organizational culture and support staff development.
• Advocate for the organization’s mission and vision publicly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years in a leadership role, preferably in non-profit or corporate settings.
• Catholic
• Single/ Married
• Proven organizational experience in a leadership and management role
