In this role, you will be the go-to person for all IT-related issues – ensuring smooth daily operations across both office and site environments. You will provide timely technical assistance, maintain system reliability and contribute to ongoing IT improvements within the organization.

• Provide first-line technical support to employees by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and device issues (desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices) promptly to minimize downtime
