Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily coordination of crew changes and crew planning for all vessels.
Prepare and send proposals for ex-hands officers to the Head Office and ensure timely follow-up for approvals prior to joining.
Verify document validity and expiry for officers during planning stages.
Coordinate and arrange pre-joining medicals for officers and ratings.
